YASHNET may handle account and profile details, mobile numbers, email addresses, service and booking details, application information, and documents uploaded for a requested service. We may also handle payment references and verification information needed to confirm a transaction or mobile verification.

We collect only the information needed for the service you request, account access, payment processing, fraud prevention, and communication about your request.

Documents uploaded by customers are used to process the requested registration, documentation, business, or related service. Please upload only documents requested for your service and do not share documents publicly through the platform.

Access to application information and uploaded documents is restricted through the application and security controls used to provide the service.

YASHNET uses Supabase for application data, account-related data, and document storage. MSG91 is used for mobile OTP verification. Razorpay processes payments; YASHNET does not store Razorpay card or UPI credentials. Google OAuth may be used when you choose Google sign-in. The website may be hosted or deployed using Vercel services.

We use information to operate accounts, process requests, verify mobile numbers, confirm payments, maintain service history, and protect the platform. Basic technical and security logs may be used to investigate errors, abuse, or service reliability issues.

YASHNET may use limited production usage analytics, such as page paths and high-level service, application, booking, payment, contact, and sign-in interactions. These analytics do not include form values, document names, payment identifiers, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers.
